My wife and daughters might tell you that I love my chickens more than I love them and even though they are wrong, I can understand why they might say that. That’s because I am passionately committed to my chickens’ welfare and proudly show them off to visitors to my home.

That’s another thing my family will tell you, I’m passionately committed to keeping my word. As your representative, that commitment extends to you.

A lot of people think there is not much to buying and selling real estate anymore. As a buyer, you find a home you like, make an offer, sign some papers, and you’re in! For sellers, it is a little more difficult; you need to clean up the home a little, get listed on the MLS and then wait for the offers to roll in. And with multiple listing services and powerful search engines at all our fingertips on the Internet, who needs anyone else’s help to connect buyers and sellers?

In reality, there is more to it than that. As your broker, I am in contact with other brokers, not only in my office, but all over Puget Sound, actively searching for or promoting your home. Not only that, but I regularly attend classes intended to keep me up to date on the latest changes in the real estate market, including new laws and regulations, developing trends, and evolving marketing techniques.

As your agent, I am right next to you to give you advice when you are faced with complicated decisions and to make sure you understand everything you do and sign before you do it.

Most importantly, when tensions run high, I am available as a calming influence to act as a buffer so you can maintain perspective and ensure your decisions are based on practicality instead of emotion.

This is what sets me apart from high-volume and discount brokers whose primary concerns are signing up as many clients as they can and reaping commissions based on the number of homes they buy and sell. I want to make sure I have time to provide you with everything you need to be successful and realize that a big part of that means I need to make sure I don’t stretch myself too thin.

Let’s talk and see how I can help you with all your real estate needs. Even if you are still years away from doing anything, I am always available to answer your questions.

Thank you for considering me for your real estate needs.
