I have been a real estate broker, office manager or trainer for nearly 40 years. I owned and operated my own real estate office for 22 years after which I sold and trained in the largest local franchise for 8 years and I have been an agent for the past 5 years with the broker I am with now. I specialize in residential real estate in north King county and south Snohomish co. I have worked with buyers and sellers in all price ranges but I particularly enjoy helping people getting started in home ownership because I believe real estate is truly one of the best and safest investments a person can make and it makes me feel good when I help someone get started on a solid financial future with the purchase of a home or investment property.
