Born and grown up in beautiful Hunan, China, Shanying came to United States on scholarship to pursue her graduate degree at University of Washington.  She bought her first home while still in university and have been involved in real estate for the last 20+ years, putting her strong math/engineering as well as business strategy/negotiation skills into good use.   A long-time resident on the Eastside/Bellevue, she now enjoys urban life, running/biking/walking in the parks/neighborhood, and has been actively involved in community/non-profit organizations related with sustainability, art and technology.
