When we selected Christine as our Real Estate Agent, we were
inexperienced and overwhelmed with all the information out there. It
was within a few hours with having Christine represent us, that we
realized this could actually be a fun and exciting adventure.

Christine selected homes for us, based on the requirements we had. Our list of requirements were quite elaborate and our budget was average; however, without hesitation, Christine set a goal to help us find the
perfect home.

Prior to our actual purchase, we had selected two additional homes
(condominiums) which we thought were the perfect homes. With
Christine's diligence our offer was accepted by both sellers; however
we were unable to secure financing due to issues beyond both her and
our control.

We were disappointed, but she managed to hold our hand and had our loan officer redo our mortgage numbers and decided to purchase a home vs. a condominium. For weeks we met with her to look at homes, despite our crazy schedule, she was able to accommodate us. After looking at so many fixer-uppers and smaller homes, we finally found a home that was perfect and fit every point on our list!

Christine, was able to get our offer in quickly and negotiate an
amazing deal with the seller and at a very fast pace. We were
completely blown away at how quickly and "late" she worked to ensure we got this home. It was a done deal, she got us our home and worked closely with our "out of state" loan officer and Title Management to secure our new home in a timely manner.

There is no one I would recommend to you, more than I would Christine Hudak, to help you find your new home. She works closely with you, but most importantly "for" you. Her dedication to representing us as a
customer goes beyond what I could ever imagine.
